Globetrotter. Dania and Matthias celebrated their intimate boho wedding near Berlin before moving abroad. With their closest circle of friends and relatives they said "yes" to each other. On a Monay in July about 2 hours away from the hectic hustle of Berlin.
About 20 guests attended their special day on which you could always hear someone laughing heartedly.
Despite their young age they both traveled through a lot of countries together. In the end they decided to pack their stuff and move to Sweden for good.
Another good reason for having an intimate boho wedding near Berlin. This way they had enough time for every single one of their loved ones. To celebrate their love and to say goodbye.
Advantages of having an intimate wedding:
Probably the biggest advantage of having an intimate wedding instead of a big wedding is surely the fact that you'll get to spend time with every single guest. On one hand you can really make that person feel that his or her presence is meaningful to you and on the other hand you'll also get the chance to enjoy that person's spirit. The less guests you have at your wedding, the more time you'll get to spend with each one.
Another great aspect of celebrating only with your closest loved ones is that you can deligate tasks to every one of them making them feel like they're contributing to making your day special.
Dania had her styling done by Katja Matzkowski in one of the rooms on the upper floor. Matthias spent the moments before the ceremony in a cozy room with his best man.
Before it was time for him to suit up, he was given a little present that his future bride had prepared for him. A beautiful watch that perfectly matched his outfit.

His best man helped him with a few last details and then they made their way to the stunning looking open air curch Altthymen.
It is being used as an outpost of the registry office. The old church was a magical place for exchanging rings and vows and the official "yes".

Back at the venue Mühle Tornow they enjoyed their reception with delicious coffee and cakes. They got at least twice as many presents as they had guests attending. Dania and Matthias also didn't let the upcoming rain lowering their great mood. Together with their guests they spent an evening with funny and emotional speeches by their fathers and a few games.

What a wonderful, funny and laid-back intimate boho wedding near Berlin on a mild Monday in summer.
