It’s so many people’s dream to get married somewhere warm, with a “never ending summer” feeling and also somewhere that’s not their home country or region. O&L decided to make that dream come true and get married in the BEAUTIFUL Tuscany in Italy and to have their perfect intimate wedding experience with their closest friends surrounded by cypress hills.

How to approach a destination wedding in Tuscany? They reached out to lots of Airbnbs and finally found that cute little cottage like property and immediately felt that this is the right venue for them to get married at. The owner was a huge help to them, giving them guidance and assisting with the organization of their whole day.

As O&L already had their civil wedding in Berlin with their family, they decided to only invite friends to their destination wedding in Italy. They wanted a PARTY! And that’s exactly what they got! At 6pm the groom already landed in the pool, there were lots wine bottles opened and an amazing atmosphere of joy and fun.

To have that ceremony moment again, they had a symbolic ceremony held by Brigitte Stetter, including planting a tree and the ritual of hand fasting.
